Hochul backs 10% raises for NY state judges - would bump to $232K a year

New York state judges are set to receive a 10 percent raise, increasing their annual salaries from $210,900 to $232,000.
The raises were recommended by the Commission on Legislative, Judicial, and Executive Compensation and endorsed by Gov. Kathy Hochul.
